He has guided and mentored local and international teams in the formulation and implementation of business improvement and growth strategies for a range of private and government clients and led hundreds of financial transactions and infrastructure projects in transport, power and energy, ICT and aviation. Gino routinely takes senior leadership roles in major infrastructure development and delivery projects, particularly in areas where technical, commercial, financial, and contracting strategy are a focus. After a long and successful career in a range of client facing roles in private industry, government and consulting, Gino is now working as a freelance advisor to major companies, focusing mainly on renewable energy and transportation-related projects and transactions.
